Founder, Artist Agent, Integrated Producer, and Creative Partner
I’ve spent my entire career representing artists, partnering with producers and creative teams to bring global campaigns and communications to life, and being a human cheerleader on all fronts.
Great representation is about much more than getting the job. My role changes by the hour. I’m an agent, producer, negotiator, problem solver, strategist, sounding board, and occasionally the person who simply figures out how we’re going to make the impossible happen.
Whatever is happening, the part I care about the most and the reason I keep showing up is the people.
I love getting to know what an artist sees that no one else does. I love watching careers evolve. I love the relationships I’ve built with producers, creatives, art buyers and clients over decades of doing this. And I still get genuinely excited when the right artist and the right project find each other.
I’ve been in this industry for 20 years, and I love it to this day.
I have always believed it's possible for artists to remain true to their creativity and still thrive commercially.

I believe it's possible for artists to remain true to their creativity and still thrive in the commercial world. Collaboration is key for that to be successful, and BEAM is a curated group of totally amazing humans who embrace being a team.
I also believe with a full heart that being kind and successful aren't mutually exclusive, and the pulse of our business is gratitude.

I have over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of production and creativity. I am encouraged every day by repeat clients that respect my commitment to conducting business with grace and enthusiasm. I am excited to connect you to the roster I am always raving about, and we are ready with creative solutions to produce your next campaign effortlessly, safely and FUN, too.
IN 2000 A FRIEND INTRODUCED ME TO A FORM OF WORK THAT WOULD CHANGE THE REST OF MY LIFE
Thanks to fellow Santa Fe Workshops Alumni Aaron Deemer, I was fortunate to be introduced to and hired by Arlene Johnson who was a rep in San Francisco. She trained me from the bottom up, and taught me everything about grace when she supported the evolution of Tidepool Reps. New friends in the business, office mate Kathryn Schiff and I took a chance - on each other, and on this career path. It took months to find the right artists, even more to get ourselves organized, and a couple of years living off credit cards to break even. Some years after that Kathryn followed her intuition onto her path as a Spiritual Teacher, Energy Healer, Psychic Meditation Teacher and Minister. I encourage you to visit Ground and Gold to explore the vibes going on there, they are phenomenal and humming.
Tidepool grew out of our shared vision that artists can be true to their own vision and still thrive in the commercial world.
The first artists we signed felt edgy and unique, and we nurtured that, promoting their relevance. There were some bumps along the way, learning what to promote and how to edit. Knocking on doors around the country has always been exciting, but our enthusiasm for the work hasn’t always been matched. Today, the roster, in my opinion, has evolved into the strongest group I have seen. Never more in harmony with each other, within our own commercial ecosystem, and completely thriving in the commercial world. I am so thankful to everyone who supported our beginnings, grateful for every failure and success (truly), and excited for the next decade. The last 20 years gave me the foundation needed for this next chapter.
